Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
california trespass law
Today I went into the parking garage of my former employer to return an item that they had given me as a gift. When I left, I saw a sign that said the garge was under surveillance and trespassers are prosecuted. How likely is it that I would be arrested or get jail time for what I did?
