calif.three strikes law

person has two strikes. in 81&84.if charged with number 3 in2007.all non vilent,and found gulty.will person get life with out.is their a time facter.24 years with out even a parking ticket.

It's not automatic, the court does have discretion, but obviosly someone in such a situation needs a good lawyer.
