Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
who do i call to turn in a fraudulant marriage in the navy. I know a couple that had separrated before the husband went into the military. They never legally separrated b/c of the pay in the military. I find it appalling being raised in the military and being a x military wife. This man is from what i understand is claiming a child that is not his as a dependant. This childs birth certificate has been changed to the responsible fathers. I think that this should be investigated.

Being married and physically separated is not a fraudulent marriage. I don't think you have much on the dependent issue either, other than speculation.
