Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
Car Dealership
I bought a new car from the dodge dealership less then a year ago. Within weeks problems started appearing. The paint (black) started chipping the sun roof leaked really bad and the electric windows didnt work. I brought it in an they wouldnt fix it. I have warrenty and everytime i called they would never call back. When i finally spoke to someone they ended up telling me later on they were pretending to be the manager, and i didnt actually speak to him. My warrenty is going to run up, and this is still not fixed. Isnt it against the law to pretend to be someone else using there name?
