First, you've lost the ticket and you don't know when or where you have to be in court. This is very important, because you don't want to miss your court appearance. If you do, an arrest warrant will be issued and you can be arrested again. There are ways to find out when and where you need to be, but I don't know what to tell you without more information. If you'd like to talk to me about this and givel me more information, I can help you. Second, you ask if you can just pay a fine. There's no way any lawyer can answer that because you don't give us enough information about what you were charged with. Again, if you'd like to talk to me about this and givel me more information, I can help you. Don't wait, because these matters are important and you don't want to miss your court appearance. Feel free to call me to discuss the details. Good luck. Steve Mandell 310 393 0639
You need to appear- or have an attorney appear for you for misdemeanors. You do not want a warrant issued for any failure to appear. Your appearance date can be obtained by any attorney with your name, DOB and driver's license number. Which court?
