Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
my case has been going on for 5 months now and all my attorneys that ive had have done nothing there is no evidence and they have denied my right for a speedy trial what can i do?

Five months is not that long for a trial. It takes time to prepare. If you don;t like how they're handling then you could just represent yourself.
