Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

case papers

My husband as been convicted he is in prison. He have attorney that wants to look in to his case but he need to have correct paperwork sent to him. I have copied the whole case file and I can not located the correct paperwork. I need to see someone in person to find the correct paperwork in the case file.

Your attorney should be able to get the copy of the file from the court. Need more details before i can give proper advise.

The entire file should contain all of the paperwork required by the attorney. If the attorney wants what he refers to correct paperwork he should state specifically what paperwork he wants.
