Catholic High School Molestation

I am 35. When I was 14 and in a Christian Brothers High School, I was sexually molested by one of the Christian Brothers, while on a ski vacation. 2 years after this, the Borther in question wa ssent to another facitlity as a result of the same trip, but with a different student. how do I go about having him prosecuted, or failing that what type of attorney should I seek to represent me if I wish to sue for damages. This is a very prominent school, the acts took place at the home of a well known sports figure,(though he was not personally involved), and the Christian Brothers did take some form of action resulting from the initial claim.

As a Christian Brothers educated student, lets see what you can do. Where ever the crime took place go to the police there, and report the crime. Call in advance and make an appointment. Otherwise the detective you may need to talk to mihgt be out on another case or on vacation. The obvious type of attorney to go to for a civil lawsuit is a high profile personal injury attorney. Some one that likes to get in the newspaper or on TV. Some one that has some money to conduct some discovery. The Christian Brothers are a great bunch of guys. And although I don't know anyone that had this type of problem. There were some strange ones.
