Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
I was caught and fired for stealing 100$ of the money I was handling on the job. I confessed. Im 17 in California... What would a normal punishment be for me? And also I want to write an apology to my boss about it but would it hurt me to talk about the incident in writing?

The normal punishment for stealing is you never ever get a job again. But you're a juvenile and maybe you'll get a break. Don't confess and don'l apologize, in writing or otherwise. Go and sin no more.
