Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

i caught by store security while going out. i returned 2 items one is mine and other is store with original receipts. and i took some clothes for that i am having receipts... and in my i have gift receipts and store credit cards.... with that receipts they monitored that i commented theft at other kohls stores... now they charged a case against me PC 459 2nd degree

It sounds like you have a serious criminal matter. Being charged with 459 PC ( Burglary ) is a serious offense and will habve serious comsequences the REST OF YOUR LIFE. You should find an attorney in or near your area and consult with him/her and discuss your options. And your problem is not that you were caught. That is the thinking of a sociopath. Your problem is you committed a series of crimes (for which you were caught). There is a very major difference.
