Cell Phones In Prisons
Can a person be charged with a felony for communicating with a inmate in CDCR who has a cell phone? If so, what is the Penal Code?

How would they prove 1) it was you 2) talking to an inmate and 3) that the call was unauthorized? Unless you were an idiot and admitted it.
