Is it possible to get certified copies of a particular penal code from the court?

There's no need to have a code section certified. Code sections are statutes, which can be easily looked up on line or in libraries. Besides, courts will certify copies of court documents. Code sections don't qualify.

You don't get code sections certified. Courts can certify documents in their possession, but code sections are the law, and the court must take judicial notice of them pursuant to Evidence Code section 451.
