change of plea

after a change of plea for a misdemeanor under section 11364 of health anf safety, do I have to disclose this offense when searching for employment?

I have disclosed it for the background check for the probation dept, but does it include other agencies such as non profit organizations or other corporations? questions such as have you ever been convicted for a crime other than a traffic violation?

What was your plea changed to? If you plead to another misdemeanor you may have to disclose it. If you plead to an infraction you likely won't have to disclose it. Call us for a consultation.
