Re: Changing my plea
Only if you file a motion to withdraw your no contest plea, which is the same as a guilty plea, and the court grants the motion. Courts are reluctant to allow a defendant to withdraw a guilty plea. You should contact an attorney and discuss the facts under which your entered your no contest plea to determine whether or not you have grounds to withdraw your plea.
Re: Changing my plea
You can do a motion to withdraw the plea. Were you previously represented by a private attorney or a public defender? What was the charge and the terms and conditions of your plea? Please contact my office at 310/277-1707.
