changing your plea from guilty to not guilty and wanting to take it to trial

My husband has been arrested on a sexual battery, it involves 3 women WE both know. My husband was to change his mind and not take the plea bargain the DA offered him and wants to take it to trial. This all started after we had Problems with one the women and then the other womens husbad exposed himself to my kids and then the next day the filed claims against my husband and said he try things to them to get back at him . we can't get anyone to listen to him and now he could go to Jail for something he DID NOT DO . Someone tell us what to do Thank you

My best advice to is to GET A LAWYER who knows what he's doing. If your husband is innocent, a full trial or competent negotiations with the district attorney is imperative. A conviction for sexual battery is a serious crime. Get legal help.

I agree with Mr. Iadevaia's answer. I want to add that there is an important issue your question did not address -- has the court accepted the plea bargain and entered judgment? Backing out of the deal will be much harder if this has already happened.
