Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

Changing my plea

2 weeks after my husband was charged with 3 felony counts of spousal abuse--I once again had to call the police because of his violent temper--when the police arived they took us into seperat rooms and I told the truth --that he had not hit me-yet--but I was afraid that it was going to exuclate and I wanted them to make him leave--he on the other hand told them that I hit him and(he didnt have a scratch on him) and with the option of either both of us going to jail and the kids being put into protective custody--or me going to jail I went to jail. I plead not guilty-and theres no doubt I wouldve won a jury trial(the charge was acually brought down to distrubing the peace) but I lost my van because of my husband and had no transportation whatsoever--and ended up missing several court dates.--AFTER BEING HARRASSED BY BOUNTY HUNTERS SEVERAL TIMES--AND BEING IN A VERY DISTRAUGHT STATE OF MIND i EVENUALLY PLEADED GULITY--JUST TO AVOID ANY MORE 'failure to appears'' the truth is that I was and am innocent of this crime and at the time I changed my plea I had no represention either--cant I go back to court and change my plea again because of the circumstances?
