changing sentence from jail time to community servicd
I would like to know how to put a motion in to ask for my jail time to be changed to community service hours.

You can always go the clerk's office at 8:30 AM SHARP, ask that your case be put up, and ask the judge. You have nothing to lose. But if I were you, and it was a relatively short sentence, I'd opt for doing the time.
