can i be charge with culivation and sales of marijunia ?
I was arrested for unlawful plant/cultivation & possesion of marijuna in the home that I rent a room in. They found plants and packaged up product in my roommates room. In my room, they found my personal which was under an ounce. But still I got the charges. Can they do this?
