Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
I was charged with california code 11359 H&S, first offense, nothing was correct in charges. we were trimming a friends medical marijuana inexchange for pasture rent for 2 horses, now we face these charges. we were at the friends residents, it was his marijuana, we had no control over anything. What do we do?
