Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
Charged and convicted of aggravated assault, assault with a deadly weapon, property damage and vandalism. Charges filed all together does this constitute as 3 felony charges and will these charges count as 1, 2, & three strikes

It is each qualifying charge that is a strike. You can get multiple strikes from a single case.
Assault with a deadly weapon as a felony is a strike. "Aggravated assault" may or may not be. Assault by force likely to produce great bodily injury is NOT a strike unless there was an allegation that great bodily injury was actually inflicted.
Vandalism and damage to property are not strikes.
Talk to your lawyer to verify, but it sounds as though you may have only caught one strike.
Not every felony is a strike.
