charged with 3 counts of 273a(a)

i am being being charged with 3 counts of 273a(a) witch is not true but has gone through cps inwitch does not have to be true, im looking for a lawyer but i need to file adiscovery for 1054.5(b)required bypenal code section 1054.3. this is a continuing request pursuant to the provisions of penal code section 1054.7. what is this and how do i respond to it.

These are very serious charges. You should immediately retain the services of an attorney to represent you. Do not talk to the police or any other person. Your problem is not what informatio needs to be provided to the da but rather obtain an attoreny to represent you and present your best defense. Most defendant's convict themselves without realizing that they are doing it.
