Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
Hello i have been charged with fraud to obtain aid,and four counts of purjery,i met with my public defender yesterday and he said because ive never had a felony/misdemeanor i could get probation,and he would ask for a harvey waiver for the perjury,im terrified im a single mom i made a mistake back in 2012,my question is is it likely ill get probation?
