Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

charged with hs11550

i have never been in trouble before what is most likely to happen to me? i was very cooperetive with the officer and he said he would put that in his report.

Assuming the charges can be proven...1st offenders are diverted to drug treatment programs...PC1000/

If you cannot beat the case, you should be eligible for what is called a diversion under PC 1000. You take some classes (they might test you or not depending upon where you are) and the case gets entirely dismissed after 1 year or 18 months.

Maybe a diversion program, but this is dependent on your prior criminal history. Being cooperative with law enforcement is always good.
