It is very important that you consult with an experienced criminal attorney who knows about the consequences of criminal allegations and convictions in immigration laws. Any criminal matter, especially one concerning prostitution may not only affect your ability to obtain citizenship, but it could affect your permanent residency. Depending upon the gravity of the conviction, if any, you may need to get it vacated, overturned, etc.
