Charged with Marijuana Possesssion

Charged with under an ounce of marijuana, have a prior felony drug offense that i finished probation for....will i get jail time?

Nope. Max is 100+penalty assessment, no possibility of probation or jail, demand a jury, have fun.... and get a medical card if you qualify....

Negative, unless they are trying to charge you with possession with intent to sell. If it is simple personal possession than, no. A $100 is maximum penalty and you have the right to take it to the jury.
