Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
I got charged with a misdemeanor a couple months back spent a night in jail and missed my court date yesterday I graduated high school the day before and completely spaced it. This is my first offense and I went to the court house today to get my warrant recalled and have court Friday. Any clue to what is going to happen to me?

Under the circumstances, the judge might go easy on you if it was the day after graduation but THAT IS ONLY MY OPINION. The judge is the only one who can answer this question. Lawyers can argue your case but essentially it is up to the judge with all the facts given.
