As a Former Deputy District Attorney, who has been handling these matters for over 27 years, based on what you want, you have to retain a very experienced attorney. In a plea bargain, a good lawyer could get you a "no jail" deal, but you may have to do a drug program. To try to get "no jail" and no program, a good lawyer will have to find problems with your case. Start calling.....I wish you well........ David Walllin
