Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
I'm being charged with a 273.5(a). I am on probation for a dui. How can I fight it when I was trying to keep her off of me. Wailing my arms she I bruised her arm. We are financially dependant of each other. We have four kids and just want this behind us. I dont want to impact her at all. She is not pressing charges. DA is still pursuing charges. I can not see my family or we don't have anyone near us for help. What are my options?
