Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
I am being charged of "terrorist threat to a neighbor claiming that I was trying to kill him and had a gun". Accusation is false and I do not own a gun. We had a verbal arguement and he called the cops on me. I was just arguing from my car. I spent 3 nights in jail and the trial is about to start. I have a history of domestic violence in the past. What are my chances that this will get dismissed?
