Can charges be pressed if someone steals a wallet and uses your creditcard even if the victim is now deceased

The actions you describe are still crimes even after the victim's death. Depending upon the facts, though, they may not be provable without the victim's testimony. That is something the D.A. will have to consider when she decided whether to prosecute.

Still crimes after the victims death. The DA has an uphill battle though so don't lose too much sleep. Oh, and get a very god local lawyer if you can afford one. I would,not recommend a public defender in complex litigation like this.
