Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

Charges and sentencing

If a person in California is charged with the following charges; PC 182, PC 4573, HS 11352 & HS 11350 and has no prior records or criminal history what outcomes should be expected? Also if the intent was never completed why would the inmate be charged with accessory and how is that punishable by law?

Re: Charges and sentencing

I know you want a specific answer, but every case is different. The sentene depends on the facts, the ourt, the DA, the judge, if there are problems with the case, etc. You can only get a better idea after review of the discovery and the exact charges.

As to the intent, that too depends on the facts as to whether or not the DA can prove it.

Needless to say, the charges are not ones to toy with and could likely lead to a prison sentence, even on a first offense. Time to get a good criminal defense attorney in your area.
