can you go to prison for check fraud. In the amount of $70,000 and what is involved.

Of course you can. A $70,000 fraud is a very serious crime.
I'm not sure what you mean by "what is involved"; you might be asking for the definition of check fraud, the range of possible sentences, how a case would proceed, etc. Try posting your question again with a better explanation of what you'd like to know.

Not entirely sure what is being asked here...If a person were to be convicted of a felony, prison is certianly a possibilty...even a likely outcome????
