Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

Check Judges cases and outcomes.

My wife worked as an office manager at an OB/GYN. Her employer (an MD) instructed her to take some vicoprofen for her cramps. (vicodin with ibuprofin). My wife became addicted and over the next two years my ordered and diverted to herself, 40K dollars worth of these drugs from her employers vendor. Her employer prosecuted her, and demamded jail time. The judge hearing the case has several relatives (also MD's) that work out of same hospital as this as my wifes ex-employer and also has many ties within the community of Beverly Hills CA. I have no doubt this judge was bias and used favoritism to ensure my wife received jail time. My wife had no record, this was not a violent crime, (my wife crime was using the telephone to order painkillers for her addiction), full restitution was made, also, my wife tried to commit suicide one day before her court date because she was afraid to go to jail. She was under doctors medication due to this. The judge knew all this and still sentenced her to 180 days. I would like to view this judges criminal court cases and their outcomes. Is this possible?
