Child abuse 273a(a)

Is there a site to get data on how a county (El Dorado) typically sentences someone with a 273a(a) violation? If not, what can be expected in terms of sentence/parole/probation in this charge? No convictions/charges in last 10 years of any crime, good job, etc. My terrible crime involved hitting my girlfriend�s 17 year old daughter (after she hit first), causing black eye and split lip.

I do not believe there are any charts of this sort. I would contact a few attorneys including the Office of the Public Defender. I would go to PD's office in person and try to talk to someone.
