What is the statuate of limitations in a case where a parent skipped town whith a child cps was determined to removed from the home?

I'm not 100% clear on your question. The statute of limitations is how long the DA has to file charges. It's 1 year on most misdemeanors and 3 years on most felonies.
If you're asking about how long a warrant will be out for someone that skipped a court date, then the answer is: forever.
