what is the statue of limitations in california for someone to report childmolestation? How long does someone have to report it if they are 18 and they were molested at 9?

If you have been a victim of molestation contact the police immediately. In many circumstances any existing statute of limitations may be tolled. Let the District Attorney figure out the legal matters. Child molestation should always be reported to the police.
