Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
Can CHP pull you over because you drove past a scene with a empty car trailer were there was a wreck assuming you must of had something to do with it since you drove past it then turned around down the road and drove past them again? No driving violations. This all happened in Siskiyou County in California.

In order to stop (detain) you, they must have reasonable suspicion of criminal activity and your connection to it.
Search issues such as this will take a full analysis by a good criminal defense attorney.
From what very little you wrote, there may be a search issue. I'm not sure what basis there was to stop you, but search issues can change with the facts, so this is one to discuss in person with an attorney well versed in search law.
