Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
If your cited for drinking in public, and you decide to fight it court and the officer does not appearin court does the case automatically get dropped/dismissed? the accused has no previouse record of any alcohol charges.

Nope. They often just continue them. If they were for minor traffic almost automatically.
