Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
Can a U.S, citizen who has been convicted of a first time criminal offence,and who has served manditory probation, enter Canada?

This is a question of Canadian immigration law, not American criminal law. After all, it is the Canadian government which decides who may enter that country and who may not.
