Clearing false charge from record ( exonerate?)

I wish to remove a FALSE abuse charge removed from my record.

A plea of NG was entered.

The case was dismissed due to lack of evidence at pre-trial.

However prior to pre-trial a book and release order was issued & also a 3 yr.Restraining Order (possibly by the DA).

I want my record exhonorated of this false charge and have the R O rescinded.

What is the court procedure and how much would it cost

to have it written/handled by an attorney
