Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
clerical error
A judge's order was missing important language. I obtained the court reporter's transcript and have that as proof. How do I go about getting a modified order to include the missing language? My attorney has blown me off.

Best option is to hire another attorney to fix this problem for you. It should not be too expensive.
Alternatively, you could attempt to get a court date yourself and appear in front of the court yourself, if you are up to it.
