Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
A close friend and I have been debating the CURRENT California Penal Law in regards to CONCEALED WEAPONS...specifically knives....could you please end this debate for us....what is it currently & please what the penal code is....Thanking you in advance for your time....

Penal Code �12020 makes it illegal to carry a "dirk or dagger," defined as a knife or any other stabbing weapon, concealed on your person.
There is an exception for folding pocket knives, as long a they are closed.
