Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
Someone close to me is being tried for a PC288. They were both minors, both boys, both admitted with very different stories. There are 4 years age difference. What does the term "Trial Trailing" mean?

It means that the case is scheduled for trial, but due to courtroom availability, there is no courtroom available for the trial. Thus the matter trails from day to day, until a courtroom is available or the matter gets reset for trial.
