Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
need to help
someone comitted a criminal act against me, my parents being that it was their property damaged i have no opinion of the choice of procefures taken in the punishment, but the person has 3 kids and will lose them and her housing if goes to jail, can i help to lessen the sentence and avoid that if at all possible

If somepne commits a crime, then the consequences are no one else's fault but their own.
