Commercial Burgerly

If one commits commercial burgerly on a FDIC approved bank by writing bad checks to that instition and prioring w/ previous forgery charges, is that considedred a felony upon sentencing to once year in the county jail and a 6 month live drug treatment program?

If you were charged with a felony and then sentenced with a felony. You are a felon. When you finish your term of probation and don't get violated. You may apply under Penal Code Section 1203.4 to have your felony down graded to a misdemeanor. However, if you get violated at some point. You'll serve time in prison (county jail doesn't count). And that disqualifies you.
