what rights are due to a defendant when a commisioner hears a case and sentence the defendant to 45 to life without parole and later is found to have lied about his credentials and terminated from the court system.

It would depend on the circumstances of your or your families case. No one can simply answer this. IT may be an arguable issue with a appeals court through a motion, or filing, but the simple fact is, it depends.
