Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
complaint
I missed a court appearance for a case classified as a misdemeanor complaint and now have a bench warrant. I received a letter indicating i should pay bail. Should i hire an attorney or just ask for another court date?

I may appear on your behalf to have the warrant removed, and hopefully reduce the charge to an infraction to keep your record clean. Call me directly at 16192223504.
Re: complaint
You should get a lawyer -- to help you with both the bench warrant and the misdemeanor charge.
