Do I have to comply with the terms of my probation when my probation has been revoked and a violation o probation is pending?

Only if you want to stay out of jail or prison.

You are entitled to a hearing to determine whether you should be reinstated on probation. If you aren't reinstated, the judge can terminate probation and give you anything up to the maximum for the original offense, with credit for any time already served.

The terms of probation are still in effect. If you don't follow them, the judge may conclude that you aren't a good candidate for probation and sentence you accordingly.
