Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
Concealed baton felony charges
My 19 year old godson was arrested and charged with a felony for carrying a concealed baton. He has
no prior record. What can we do to get this charge
reduced to misdemeanor or other solution that would
have least impact on his life before or at arraignment? He would like to enter college in next
couple of years.

Re: Concealed baton felony charges
He needs an attorney to represent him to try and get the charges thrown out, if any grounds, or to get them reduced. Give us a call if it's a Southern California case.
