Conflict of intrest?
Is it a conflict of intrest if the judge who issues a warrant for your arrest is the same judge presiding over your case? wouldnt he have a predispition, his mind allready made up before the case even started?

Re: Conflict of intrest?
it could depend on what type of warrant was issued, i.e. the actual warrant for your initial arrest or was it a subsequent bench warrant because you failed to make an appearance when scheduled for court?
